Indonesian citizen born in 1979 and was 44 years old as of 31 December 2023. He was appointed as a President Director of PT Ancora Indonesia Resources Tbk since 31 March 2023.

He currently resides in Jakarta.

He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta in 2001 and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the School of Business and Management of Institut Teknologi Bandung in 2021, with a Cum Laude predicate. He is an alumni of Harvard Business School, after completing the Advanced Management Program in 2024

Additionally, he has been serving as President Director at PT Multi Nitrotama Kimia since April 2018. He has more than 12 years of experience in the national banking industry, especially in the Corporate and Investment Banking, with the last position as Vice President at Risk Management Group in PT Bank Permata Tbk. He served as Civil Department Head at PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. in 2002-2003.

He was appointed as the President Director of PT Bormindo Nusantara on 10 February 2025, based on Deed No. 15 dated 13 February 2025. He earned Civil Engineer degree from Riau State University and further pursued MBA from School of Business and Management ITB, graduated in 2012. Deep engineering and operation understanding during 17 years of period in Halliburton continued another 7 years in Tenaris Indonesia leading country commercial group, has brought tremendous growth of business expansion to the company by penetrating new market, and creating new opportunities. He currently resides in Jakarta with his spouse and kids.

Sakinah

Chief Financial Officer

An Indonesian citizen born in Jakarta, she was appointed as the Director of PT Bormindo Nusantara on February 10, 2025, based on Deed No. 15 dated February 13, 2025. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computerized Accounting Information Systems from Universitas Bina Nusantara, graduating in 2005.

Her professional journey began as an accounting and tax consultant, where she had the opportunity to assist clients in the IT services, manufacturing, and trading sectors. This early experience provided her with a solid foundation in financial management, regulatory compliance, and business operations—skills that have been valuable in her current role within the company.

Having been with PT Bormindo Nusantara for over a decade, she remains dedicated to contributing to sustainable growth and operational excellence. She currently resides in Jakarta.
