Letter from the President Director
On behalf of the management of PT. Bormindo Nusantara, I would like to express my gratitude to all the people of Bormindo, our stakeholders and to all those who support our new management team.
Keeping our high standards of professionalism, operational excellence and customer driven management, the management team will continue to improve service quality to meet exceed world class benchmarks.
The Management team will continue to create focus on customer satisfaction, while maintaining good corporate governance and generating high returns for our shareholders. With confidence about our future, Bormindo will be a world class integrated drilling service company and expand into the global market for oil exploitation.
Bormindo will continue to create value for its stakeholders and most importantly, to sustainably grow its shareholder's value by building trust and integrity, with a relentless effort for continuous improvement, we will maintain sustainable growth in all aspects of the businesses.

Mr. Tengku Nathan Machmud

Mr. Machmud received the Satyalancana Pembangunan medal of honor from the Indonesian Government in 1992 for community development work in Kangean Islands. A seasoned and highly respected professional in Indonesia oil and gas industry, Mr.Machmud has served the country for over 30 years. In 1958, he joined Shell which then later became PN Permina (the precursor of Pertamina). In
1966, he joined IIAPCO, a US based company, and created the first Production Sharing Contract in Indonesia, prototype PSC for the country's oil and gas industry. |

In 1969, he moved to ARCO, until his retirement as President Director in 1995. He also served as Commissioner/Director of PT. Tripolyta Indonesia and PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk. He spent his post retirement time to give lectures at
University of Indonesia, IPMI, and Bina Nusantara postgraduate study.
Mr. Machmud received his Ph.D from Leiden University, School of Law, Netherlands. |

Mr. Tjetjep Muljana

Mr. Muljana has over 30 years of experience working in Total E & P Indonesie, a French company currently producing 2.6 BCFPD gas and 80 MBOPD oil. He started as a Budget Supervisor in 1976 moving up the ladder to become Vice President of Finance from 1993 until 2007. He was the CFO and Alternate of President and General Manager from 1997 until 2007. He currently is Executive Advisor to Total Indonesie. |

Mr. Muljana will lead the Bormindo to be a leading oil drilling player in Indonesia through his vast experience and contacts in the industry. |

Mr. Agoes Moedjiono

Mr. Moedjono has been in the oil and gas industry for over 30 years, including 17 years in Bormindo. Previously, he had worked with PT. Medco as a District Manager in Balikpapan, and was promoted to Manager of Operations and later as Finance Manager stationed in Jakarta. He had also worked for PT. Stanvac Indonesia as a Drilling Engineer and later on as a Drilling Department Head from 1975 to 1983. |

Mr. Moedjono joined the Bormindo as an Area Manager for Duri in 1990 and was promoted to Director of Operations in 1993. He manages and oversees the company's overall operations. |

Graduated from the University of Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta, majoring in Chemical Engineering. |

Ms. Veronica Lukito

Ms. Lukito was previously an Investment Banker with JPMorgan and Bahana securities, and a Corporate Banker with Citigroup. She has been engaged in various financing, M&A and restructuring transactions involving origination, structuring and client relationships. |

Ms. Lukito with her banking and finance experience has the main role to plan, structure, and execute medium and long term ventures of Bormindo with new business partners. Above all, she will maintain continuing relationship with investors and foresee the expansion plan. |

Ms. Trisning Setiadi

Ms. Setiadi was previously a financial controller of textile and garment manufacturing company for over 13 years of experience. |

Ms. Setiadi experience in finance and corporate restructuring will ensure accountable reporting and international standards of bookkeeping. She will oversee the finance controls and implement appropriate systems and procedures. |
